Suitable for any room for preserving, processing at negative temperature (-30°C min.).

Manual sliding door for positive temperature (chilled application) mod. 480/TN, 92mm door-leaf thickness insulated with injectd polyurethane foam, standard covering with galvanized white steel RAL 9010, floor level threshold S/3, to be fixed on panel by  MTH frame. All dimensions available.

Suitable for any room for preserving, processing and seasoning at positive temperature (+1°C min.).

They are used for meat processing plants, dairies, fruit and vegetable preserving, slaughter houses, food warehouses, ham and cheese stores, fresh fish, fish processing rooms, fish stores, milk and its derivates industry, ice cream/syrup industry.

Semi-insulated hinged door mod. “Service”, 42 mm door-leaf thickness insulated with injected polyurethane foam, 42 Kg/mc P.U. density, standard covering with galvanized white steel RAL 9010, floor level threshold S/3 type, to be fixed on panel by aluminium MTH frame. All dimensions available.

Especially for medicines processing medicines or freezing blood processing rooms from offices area, noisy places from rooms which need to be soundproofed as in the hospitals (soundproof). The door is composed by insulating panels with total thickness 42 mm, made by external galvanized prepaint textured steel plates (mm. 0.6 thick each) with standard color white RAL 9002; inside, a CFC free polyurethane foam with density of 42 kg. / m3. Insulation:

K= 0.78 W/mK

They are even used for load house of cold storage, industrial load house

High-Speed folding doors-VELOKOP

VELOKOP is a new concept of vertical foldaway doors, removing all the disadvantages of the traditional industrial shutters thanks to its quality and technical features like:

Quick use of the passage: The speed of the vertical folding pvc fabric and the opening/closing automatism allow a continuous and quick use of the passage, avoiding expensive thermal exchanges between inside and outside.

Overall dimensions of the folded pvc fabric reduced to a minimum. The pvc fabric wraps itself completely into the thickness of the guide in the metallic frame, avoiding the use of bulky containers.

Stong wind resistance. The Pvc fabric is reinforced with metallic bars put into the horizontal compartments of the doors, to contrast wind force, above all in the case of doors with big dimensions. These reinforcements function also as protection for workers and goods in case of breaking due to wrong or accidental manoeuvrings.

Dock Shelter & levellers

The inflatable dock-shelter  Model KDG is made by two vertical, and one upper inflatable seals in polyester Trevira fabric, laminated on both sides with a PVC coating. Colour dark blue RAL 5003. The material is resistant to any kind of weather, and in a temperature range of -35°C till +80°C.
