Sliding doors deep freezer

 

Manual sliding door for negative temperature (freezer application) mod. 480/LWT, 121mm door-leaf thickness insulated with polyurethane foam, standard covering with galvanized white steel RAL 9010, heater cable (220 volt / 30 watt/ml) around the frame, heated floor level threshold S/4,to be fixed on panel by  MTH frame. All dimensions available.

Suitable for any room at negative temperature (-30°C min.).

Semi-insulated "Service"

Semi-insulated hinged door mod. “Service”, 42 mm door-leaf thickness insulated with injected polyurethane foam, 42 Kg/mc P.U. density, standard covering with galvanized white steel RAL 9010, floor level threshold S/3 type, to be fixed on panel by aluminium MTH frame.

Suitable for pedestrian traffic, in applications with air-conditioning type temperatures. Ideal for work, prep. and anufacturing rooms.
 

Composition

- Seven sizes from 800xh1900 to 2000xh2500

- Door leaf: inside polyurethane foam 42 kg/mc density, pre-painted white RAL9010 steel covering.

- Door leaf edge: extruded anodized aluminium profile with special perimeter rubber gasket. Aluminium hinges positioned on the sides grant an hermetic closing.

- Black plastic handle with key-lock included. 

- Door frame: extruded Anodized Aluminium profiles composed by frame, side frames (depending by panel thickness), counter frame.(or extruded PVC profiles composed by frame)

- Two door-blades version available with special profile male/female designed especially for this door model.

Section doors load house

The overhead section door is composed by insulating panels with total thickness 42 mm, made by external galvanized pre-painted textured steel plates (mm. 0.6 thick each) with standard color white RAL 9002; inside, a CFC free polyurethane foam with density of 42 kg./ m3. Insulation:

K= 0.78 W/mq.K.

They are even used for load house of cold storage, industrial load house

Surface layer of fine galvanized metal sheeting attached on both sides 0,6mm thickness, with a weather resistant, easily cleaned quality coating on both sides. Smooth surface, standard colour shades.

A fitting system of panel connections, with groove and tongue set in foam.The insulation elements are without any horizontal joint, which means installed in a continuous line from the bottom to the top.The insulation elements are tested and permitted for the purpose by the construction supervision and certification.

PVC acessories

A rich line of sanitary fixtures is also available, to ensure compliance with the strictest hygiene regulations for any refrigerated environment. The sanitary fixtures can be supplied in PVC, metal, resin or clinker. The client can select the most suitable type for the needs of the cold room.
